1.1  These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and ub999 ("the Operator", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ub999 website located at https://ub999.cam and all associated services, games, software and content (collectively "the Platform").

1.2  By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any supplemental policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any applicable bonus terms.

1.3  ub999 is an English-language online casino and sports betting information platform serving users including those based in Pakistan. We do not hold a Pakistan gambling license and do not claim endorsement, approval or authorisation from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any Pakistani provincial authority. 1.4  If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any account you may have opened.

2.1  For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

3.1  You may only register and maintain an Account if you satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• Age: You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required under the laws of your jurisdiction or the Operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is the greater.
• Legal capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• Jurisdiction: You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited, and you understand your local legal obligations.
• Single account: You do not currently hold, and have never previously held, another Account on the Platform (including accounts held under different names or payment methods).
• Own name and funds: You are registering in your own name and will only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments held in your own name.
• Not self-excluded: You have not self-excluded from ub999 or from online gambling under any applicable self-exclusion programme.

4.1  To access real-money features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number.

4.2  You agree to update your registration information promptly whenever it changes. Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

4.3  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

4.4  You must notify ub999 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.5  The Operator reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without providing a reason.

5.1  The Operator is required to conduct identity, age and source-of-funds verification in accordance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC request made by the Operator at any time.

5.2  Typical documents that may be required include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of identity: A valid government-issued photo identification document. For Pakistani users, this typically means a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a valid passport.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or similar document issued within the last three calendar months confirming your residential address.
• Liveness or selfie verification: A real-time or photographic selfie to confirm that the account holder matches the identity document provided.
• Payment method verification: Evidence of ownership of the deposit method used (e.g., a screenshot of an Easypaisa or JazzCash account registered in your name). Payment provider references are contextual only and do not imply those providers endorse gambling.

5.3  The Operator reserves the right to suspend deposits, withdrawals or gameplay pending completion of KYC verification. Funds may be withheld until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.

6.1  All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in the blocking of funds and account suspension pending investigation.

6.2  Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change at the Operator's discretion.

6.3  Withdrawals are processed subject to: (a) satisfactory completion of KYC verification; (b) any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) minimum withdrawal thresholds as published; and (d) the Operator's standard processing timelines.

6.4  The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including where the withdrawal amount exceeds stated thresholds or where AML concerns are raised.

6.5  Currency denominations on the Platform are illustrative. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) figures are displayed, they are provided as contextual examples. Actual transaction currencies are determined at account setup and by available payment methods. Users should verify available currencies with the cashier before transacting.

6.6  Payment method names — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced as commonly known payment services in Pakistan. Their appearance on this Platform does not constitute a representation that those providers support, process or endorse gambling transactions.

7.1  All bonus offers are subject to individual promotion terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

7.2  The following general bonus conditions apply unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times (the "rollover") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Example: a 20× rollover on a PKR 5,000 bonus requires PKR 1,00,000 in qualifying wagers — this is illustrative only.
• Maximum bet: While bonus funds are active, the maximum permitted stake per bet or spin is as stated in the promotion terms. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%; live casino, baccarat and table games may contribute a reduced percentage or zero. Check the contribution schedule before playing.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated in the promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering after expiry results in forfeiture of the bonus and any un-withdrawn bonus winnings.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus may be held per Account at any time, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• No cash value: Bonus funds have no cash value and may not be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash independently of the wagering requirement.

7.3  The Operator reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that ongoing promotions in which you are already participating shall complete on their original terms unless fraud or system error is identified.

7.4  Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

8.1  All sports bets and casino wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the Operator's official betting rules as published in the relevant help section of the Platform. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing any wager.

8.2  Once confirmed, bets and wagers are binding and may not be cancelled or amended by the User. The Operator reserves the right to void bets placed in error (including manifest pricing errors) or in circumstances where the outcome of an event was known at the time of placing.

8.3  The Operator reserves the right to limit, reduce or refuse any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where unusual betting patterns or potential match-fixing activity is suspected.

8.4  Live betting (in-play) markets are updated in real time. The Operator accepts no liability for connection interruptions that prevent a user from viewing updated odds or markets during live play.

8.5  All casino game outcomes, including slots and live dealer games, are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or by live dealers operating within a controlled studio environment. The Operator does not guarantee any specific return to any individual player within any session, regardless of published RTP figures.

9.1  The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether in your own name or under another identity.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain without promptly reporting them to the Operator.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play ("bonus abuse").
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by law.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies using bonus funds in a manner that violates promotion terms.

9.2  The Operator reserves the right to investigate any Account or activity it believes to be in breach of this clause and to take any action it deems appropriate, including account suspension, permanent closure, and/or forfeiture of all funds held.

10.1  The Operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is reasonably suspected.
• The Account is subject to a regulatory, legal or law-enforcement request.
• The Account holder has failed to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity has been identified on the Account.
• The Operator determines, for any reason and at its sole discretion, that continuation of the account relationship is inappropriate.

10.2  You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests for responsible gambling reasons will be processed as a priority. On voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to pending KYC requirements and applicable processing timelines. Bonus funds will be forfeited on account closure.

11.2  Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. 12.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform.

12.3  Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in immediate termination of your Account and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

13.1  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or other intangible losses.

13.2  The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages, and circumstances beyond the Operator's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.

13.3  The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to understand applicable local laws, including Pakistani gambling restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

13.4  Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by the Operator's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

14.1  These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Operator's registered licensing jurisdiction. They do not create any rights or obligations under the laws of Pakistan or any other jurisdiction in which the Platform may be accessed.

14.2  Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to the Operator's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures available under the Operator's applicable license.

14.3  Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.

15.1  The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Operator will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or registered email. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

15.2  Your continued access to or use of the Platform after any updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
